Fairway Mortgage, LLC is a family-owned mortgage brokerage based in Eugene, Oregon, founded by father-and-son team Dale and Brandon DeShaw.
Dale brings over 36 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having personally guided clients through every type of real estate market. His deep knowledge and steady perspective form the foundation of how we do business. Brandon has worked alongside Dale for more than four years as a Professional Mortgage Lender, building his career under Dale’s mentorship and choosing mortgage lending as his life’s work. Together, they combine decades of experience with a modern, client-first approach.
